200 Years ! There is a sign-up sheet for volunteers to help with the Presby- terian Bicentennial Celebration scheduled for June 15th . We need some cupcakes baked and might need help setting up our Fellowship Hall in case of inclement weather. Questions? Contact Steve/Sandy Hammond 838- 5417.
The Dryden Presbyterian Curch is 200 years old!! You are invited to celebrate with them on June 15 th , 2008. We will have a morning worship at 10:30 a.m. with guest speakers and special music. A community picnic will follow at 12:30 p.m. on the village lawn by the fountain. Special events will be a performance by “Beyond measure”, a quilt show, children's games and exhibits. Tickets for the picnic are $ 8.00 for adults and $ 6.00 for children under 12. Reservations are not required but would be appreciated. Call 844-8321.
Prayer Cards : Prayer cards are available in each pew and can be placed in the prayer box in the back of the sanctuary or in the Fellowship Hall.
Volunteers Needed in the Church Office : Volunteers are needed in the church office beginning the week of June 9 th until someone is found to fill the position. Please contact Vivian Collins at 347-6490 if you are able to help.
Summer Picnics : A host family is needed to offer their home for the July church picnic. The will have the opportunity to pick the date. If you are interested, please contact the Janice Downey or the church office. Vivian and Cal Collins have offered to host the August picnic on Wed., Aug. 20 th .
God Can : At the back of the sanctuary a “God Can” is available for you. Write your problems, concerns, etc. on the paper provided and drop it in the God Can. Then let God take over!
Summer Trip : Hill Cumorah Pageant Trip – July 15 – 19 (one day trip) If you might be interested in this trip, please sign up on the sheets in the Fellowship Hall. This is not a commitment at this time.
Graduate Names Needed: Please let the church office know if you or someone in your family is graduating from high school or college this spring. We will celebrate graduates on June 22 nd .
